DELIVERY, CONFIGURATION AND COLLECTION
To place an order;
The customer must pay the full rent when placing the order.
– We require a copy of the identification (front and back)
– We require a copy of the credit card/debit card (front and back)
If you know, you will not be at home, call 24 hours before delivery with instructions on where the furniture will be left. If you are not at home and we do not have instructions, it will cause a delay and an additional delivery charge for rescheduling a truck. Please check our “Delivery Charge”
PICKUP ORDERS: We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200, we will need a copy of your ID and the car’s license plate. We will refund the damage deposit only when the customer returns our equipment in the next 24 hours and in good condition, the same conditions that Paulina’s party rentals give to the customer, without damage.
If we consider that we have enough information, we will not ask you for a deposit for damages.
But still open charges in case this happens and the lawsuit in a civil court the expenses will be included in your account.
